Before the dawn of startups with made-up words for names, Melanie was looking for a business name no one else would think to use. Something meaningful and appealing. Julie, her mom, said: What about Sisarina? Sisa-what?! “She was your imaginary friend when you were little. You had her from the time your sister was born until you went to kindergarten.” The origin of the word is believed to be a mashup of the words: Sister & Ballerina. Many of our creative clients also had imaginary friends. One of them even believes she was really abducted. Sisarina inspires a happy sense of imagination in our clients. We like to think our excitement for working with them stems from the very essence of our name. |
