CALICOE RICHIR, Operations Manager

An outdoor enthusiast acquiring brave new experiences.

Sisarina brought a little bit of green into their lives by making me the newest member of the family. I am currently learning the ropes by starting out in finances, administration, and overall operations. This is a welcome opportunity for me to broaden my horizons, and I am thoroughly ecstatic to be learning from and working with such hip chicks.

Arriving with a history of outdoor programs and environmental experience, I am finding my niche in marketing. My life experiences have taken me from non-profits to local businesses and on to green projects. I have a BS in Environmental Science and have worked in camping and outdoor programs with the Boy Scouts of America.

When I am not challenging myself with balancing the books, I can be found outside doing everything, I rock climb, ride horses, and love back-packing in fair weather because even outdoor people do not love the rain. Yoga and knitting keep me relaxed when I have to play indoors, and chocolate, coffee, and my Jamie keep me smiling year round.
