Finding Your Business Style
Before you call a business like Sisarina, think about these five things first:
-
Who are your competitors?
Do research on your competitors locally, nationally, internationally. Even if they'll never compete directly with you, you'll want to know what they're calling themselves so you can fit into the market. -
Who is your client?
Look at who your client is. Find out what they like, what they are attracted to, how they will view a business like yours. Do you need to come across as fun and playful or corporate and traditional? -
What do you look like?
Your business has to fit your style because you'll be wearing it for a long time. It also has to fit the style your customers will be seeking.
Example: Sisarina likes to be playful and outgoing because we want to attract clients similar to how we operate. We still work with traditional companies but the people we work with like to feel comfortable and love that we're excited about what we do. -
Where do they see you & work with you?
Know where your customers will be finding you. On the web? At your brick & mortar building? Both? Make sure your overall style will carry through everything you end up doing from big signs on a building to your office décor or your online store to your packaging. -
How are you perceived?
Think of all the words you want people to think of when they see your business. Find words that explain your work ethic, how you take care of them, how they feel in meetings with you, what they will tell their friends about you.
Once you've written these five things down (or at least typed them up), fill out our form & get branded!
