One of Sisarina's top policies is: Every employee should be able to get all work done during business hours. Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. (That's 40 hours a week total.) If any employee is unable to do so they should work with their manager to find ways to improve efficiency.

We believe companies should stop rewarding those who work more than 40 hours a week and start teaching productivity during business hours.

As an entrepreneur, Melanie Spring understood she would have to work long hours the first few years but has happily settled into a 40-hour work week after Sisarina's 3-year anniversary.
