We at Sisarina are branded and bonded. As in, being bonded is part of our branding.
Forced fun is the name of the game because it is good for us. We WILL mingle, make friends, and know our clients. We WILL socialize at events, share, and gain wisdom. We WILL go to movies in the middle of the day and Pixar heroines WILL inspire us. That’s just the way of it.

We at Sisarina tolerate a little bit of crazy.
We are a little bit crazy. It’s embarrassing and true. We will PLANK! At 3pm, every day! Ok, some days we plank, but sometimes its closer to 3:30pm, even 4pm. However ULTIMATELY we, at Sisarina, do Plank-A-Day! We also have dogs in the office, and sing in the office, and shriek in the office when we’re excited. Anyway, some of us do…

We at Sisarina are bound by the bright, fresh, up-and-coming image we are as a company.
In the name of Book Club, we WILL read powerful books and we WILL like it! (Or come Wednesday, we WILL explain ourselves.) We WILL Tweet, and/or be tweeted about - it’s all the same really. We WILL plan Tweet-Ups and future coffee houses! As for our weekly Wednesday morning Cup of Inspiration, we Sisarina Girls, must be both inspiring and WILLING to give.

Which brings me to my current debacle: Excellence! … and blogging. Yes, they go together, let me explain.

We at Sisarina aspire for excellence.
We WILL aspire for excellence in service and product, and, while we’re at it, individual excellence. (Really you could write a whole blog on this one topic, excellence. If ... you were good at blog writing.)

Excellence and branding are one and the same. They are demanding and restrictive BUT they are also the framework through which a company operates. By setting up IDEAL parameters, we know our direction. We strive to push toward it and attain our goals.

Thus excellence and blogging has become a personal goal. Because, we WILL blog, we WILL!

Actually “excellence” was supposed to be the topic of my first post. I avoided it, started it, and … never finished my excellence post. I have since edited this topic to “aspiring for excellence” because this is closer to my truth.

So, here I am. Blogging, despite my lack of inspiration and inherent talent. It is good for me. I am aspiring for excellence and broadening my horizons by writing a post outside of my comfort zone.

Why? Because I am a Sisarina Girl!
